It’s a fact. The world’s population is getting older, and so is its workforce. In the UK, there are over 23.2 million people age 50 years and over.
This period of rapid change is presenting society with a new era of opportunity and challenge. Companies can no-longer rely on a conveyor belt of younger workers to fill older workers’ roles. Equally, older people often want a little more from life than 9-5 work. Taking a holistic approach to supporting and managing people as they move into retirement is now vital to creating a happy, healthy workforce, workplace and ultimately, a better world.
Our aim is to help 30,000 people each year from every walk of life enjoy the best life they can. Helping them plan the future they envisage, and find purpose and meaning through better connections with family, friends and their community, we aim to change the way Britain transitions into later life.
